When an employer, recruitment organization or authorized business representative submits a manpower requirement, we may receive information such as the company name, country, website, industry, contact person's name, business email, telephone number, required occupations, workforce quantity, employment destination, experience requirements and other recruitment details.

Job seekers who use the CV submission form may provide information such as their name, email address, telephone number, current city, occupation or trade, work experience, education, skills, preferred work destination and an attached CV or résumé.

We ask users not to submit passports, CNIC copies, bank information or other sensitive identity documents through the website forms.

How we use the information

Information submitted through the website is used to review employer recruitment enquiries, understand workforce requirements, evaluate job-seeker profiles for potentially suitable opportunities, communicate with submitting organizations or candidates, and support recruitment services from Pakistan.

Our website uses Cloudflare infrastructure and security services, including automated security verification used to help protect the recruitment form from abusive or automated submissions. Employer enquiries are delivered to our business email for review, while CV submissions are delivered to our dedicated recruitment inbox.

We do not sell information submitted through our website. Information may be processed by service providers that support the operation, security and delivery of our website and business communications. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Data retention

Employer enquiry information and candidate CV information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, consider a candidate for suitable recruitment requirements, maintain business or recruitment records, or satisfy applicable legal and administrative requirements.

International enquiries

Nowsherwan International receives enquiries from organizations in different countries. Information submitted through the website may therefore be processed in Pakistan and through technology service providers operating in other jurisdictions.
